This year's festival represents our 24th year and our committee is in full swing planning all the fun activities for the event which will include live entertainment, river activities, fabulous food, crafters, carnival rides, games and more.
Our spectacular fireworks show "Fire Over the Susquehanna River" will again be the highlight of Riverfest. Our show has become "the one to see" in the region and draws a crowd of thousands on Saturday night.
We are asking for your help in sponsoring the fireworks show. Because of the generosity of past sponsors we have been able to offer this show FREE for everyone to enjoy, and we want to continue this tradition. We hope you feel this event is worthy of your support.
Without the financial support of dedicated individuals, small and large business owners and community-oriented industries, we could not continue this event. Riverfest has grown each year and has become the "end of summer event" to attend!
Please help us continue this tradition by sending contributions to Riverfest Committee, 724 Main Street, Towanda, PA 18848. All monies received through contributions go directly to finance the fireworks show and our live entertainment. Towanda Borough receives none of this money.
